Ralph and Josie. You know a couple so long that you still remember when they first met, when they first started dating, when they got married, when they had their kids.
But you move on and maybe live somewhere else. You lose contact. You don’t see them often. You don’t hear from them very much.
Then you get this chance, a chance to capture them, to capture their family, to capture a time in their lives, to capture another memory. Would you say no?
Of course not! And I’m soo glad I didn’t!!!

Love
Love is patient, love is kind.
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It is not rude, it is not self-seeking,
it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
And now faith, hope, and love abide, but the greatest of these is love.

New Dawn
My niece Julia…
Photographing her over the weekend for her Senior Portraits made me realize just how fast time flies. I still remember when she was a baby, starting to walk, the Christmases, birthdays, 4th of Julys (or should I say 2nd of Julys), and watching her play softball.
Now I see a mature, confident, ambitious, young woman about to begin another chapter in her life and ready to tackle the world.
Man how time flies!
